Julie brings a wealth of specialist HR and learning and development knowledge from being a senior HR executive in the financial services, international law and technology sectors.

With over 20 years experience, Julie has worked at senior management level for a number of companies including, Independent Insurance, AIG UK, Tokio Marine, Chaucer Syndicates, RJ Kiln, Clyde & Co LLP and Insala Technology. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, thus ensuring a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.

Julie prides herself in taking a pragmatic and practical approach to any HR situation and having a depth of commercial awareness, understanding the importance of Return on Investment to any company.
