With over 20 years experience, Julie has worked at senior management level for a number of insurance companies including, Independent Insurance, AIG UK, Tokio Marine and Chaucer Syndicates. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, thus ensuring a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.

Julie prides herself in taking a pragmatic and practical approach to any HR situation and having a depth of commercial awareness and the importance of ROI to any company.
